Christmas 2025 Posting Deadlines
To help ensure your gifts arrive before 25 December 2025, please note our recommended last order dates. Orders placed after these dates will still be dispatched using your selected postage service, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
International delivery: Orders should be placed no later than 30 November 2025. International transit times and customs processing can add delays, so we’re unable to guarantee pre‑Christmas arrival for orders placed after this date.
Standard UK delivery (2nd Class Tracked): Please order by Friday 12 December 2025. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take longer.
Express UK delivery (1st Class Tracked): Please order by Wednesday 17 December 2025. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take longer.
After these dates we will continue to dispatch orders using the postage service you select, but delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed. Royal Mail’s official last posting dates may be later, but these earlier dates help ensure your parcels arrive on time during the busy festive season.

Deliveries to these countries may be subject to local sales taxes, custom charges, and/or import duties, over which we have no control and for which we cannot accept liability. If they apply they may require to be paid before the parcel will be released for delivery.
You may also be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. You may wish to contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details.
